  1. Can I just ask if you always use the foundation single crochet to begin blankets, does it give a firmer start to the work.

  2. I personally like to use foundation crochet (whether it's single crochet, double or whatever stitch) because I find it easier to work into when it comes to border time - that plus I really REALLY hate chaining then having to work back again as it takes forever 😂 I find foundation crochet much quicker. It's also less likely to pull inwards like chaining can. You don't have to though! You can do a multiple of 4 and then single crochet back along if you didn't want to do the fsc start x

  3. May I ask when you will have the written instructions for the border available please? Thanks.

    2. The pattern for the border for R1 has hdc along the sides but your video shows dc. And it looks like dc in the photos. Is the pattern incorrect?

    3. Good spot! That's a typo in my written pattern - it should be dc not hdc! Sorry about that x
